PSA: Diaper Dilemma

I want to warnALL PARENTS with children in diapers, please beware if you use Pampers Swaddlers or Cruisers with the new “Dry Max”, here is a group with more info: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=230956705705 luckily our princess has not had any adverse reactions other than leaking through horribly when with the old Swaddlers that did not happen. These also have a very distinct chemical smell. Just wanted to get the word out. Please research some more info and see that there are pediatricians who have diagnosed some children’s reactions as chemical burns, and make the decision for yourself. Please let any parents-to-be, new parents, veteran parents, or grandparents know about this!!

Thanks for posting this… I had no idea this was going on and we have used Pampers so far with no adverse reactions but it’s not worth the risk… for the past few weeks we have been using Huggies that we got for free from an aunt, and my boy’s been doing fine in those so I guess we’ll stick with them. I’d love to do cloth reusable diapers like gDiapers, but without a washer and dryer in our townhouse, it would be way to inconvenient. Again, Thanks for posting 😉

You are very welcome!!!!!!!! I am glad that posting it was getting the word out to more people. I also had used Pampers with no problems and was very disappointed with this recent turn of events. I hope that in the future Pampers listens to their consumers and reverts back to the “old” Pampers. Best of luck with your new Huggies!!!
